All skincare consultations, procedures, and products are administered by licensed professionals affiliated with Skin Therapy Salon LLC. - Appointments can be made online, by phone, text or in person.
- A valid contact number and/or email address is required for all bookings.
- We recommend arriving a few minutes before your scheduled appointment.
- Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance.
- Late cancellations or no-shows may incur a cancellation fee of $25
- Multiple no-shows may result in refusal of future bookings.
- Payment is due at the time of service.
- We accept Mastercard, Visa, Discover, Venmo, Cash and Cherry Payment Plans.
- Prices are subject to change without prior notice.
- We do not offer refunds on services rendered.
- If you are dissatisfied, please contact us within 48 hours so we can address your concerns.
- Products may be returned or exchanged within 7 days if unopened and unused.
- Products that you tried, but did not like can be exchanged for a product credit.
- Clients must inform us of any relevant health conditions, skin sensitivities, medications, or allergies prior to treatment.
- We reserve the right to refuse service if a treatment is deemed unsafe for the client or technician.
- All tools and equipment are sanitized in accordance with health regulations.
- Clients under 18 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian for certain treatments.
- Parental consent is required for minors receiving services.
- We are not responsible for loss or damage to personal items brought to the salon.
- While we take every precaution, Skin Therapy is not liable for any adverse reactions to products or treatments unless due to proven negligence.
- We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone displaying inappropriate behavior or violating these terms.
- These terms may be updated at any time. The most current version will be available at the salon and on our website.
- We expect respectful behavior toward our staff and other clients.
- Any abusive or inappropriate conduct may result in immediate termination of the session and refusal of future services.
